RCBS has announced a next-generation update to its Vibratory Case Polisher, and the unit is shipping now. The redesign centers on two upgrades reloaders will notice at the bench: a quick-detach (QD) bowl for faster removal and an upgraded lid with built-in sifting to speed up media separation.
What's New
Beyond the QD bowl and sifting lid, the polisher gets an improved motor that RCBS says handles large batches of rifle and pistol brass. The company lists a one-gallon capacity good for up to 1,000 9mm Luger cases or 450 .223 Remington cases, with an 11 lb weight capacity. It's designed for use with RCBS cleaning media.
A Hodgdon Powder Company brand founded in 1943, RCBS manufactures in Oroville, California, and the new Vibratory Case Polisher is Made in the USA.
"Clean brass is the foundation of every quality handload," said Joel Hodgdon, RCBS's Director of Marketing. He added that "the Quick-Detach bowl and upgraded sifting lid take the mess out of media separation" and that, "Best of all, it's now proudly Made in the USA."
